We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting clients in designated senior living communities to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Collaborating with community staff to ensure seamless care and coordinate client services.
- Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.
Requirements:
- A current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
- Outpatient experience is beneficial but not necessary.
