Your Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as assessing mobility, strength, endurance, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Continually assess and revise the care plan, participating with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan as necessary.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
