Nursing Career Opportunities:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team in providing expert care to clients in their homes. As a hospice nurse, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Document accurately and thoroughly all aspects of patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
