BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in West Deptford, NJ. As an RN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to our clients and their families.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires working with patients in their homes, providing palliative care and affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
- You will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patients' needs.
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned by doctors' orders.
- Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NJ, one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience, prior home care experience preferred but not required.
