Job Description
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our clients and developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote optimal outcomes.
This role requires a strong foundation in physical therapy principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Making visits to clients in their homes

Requirements
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Prior home care experience is preferred but not required
