Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Continually assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan, and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.
As a member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
