Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
- Accurately document client observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A current Maryland Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
