We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our new office in a dynamic role that combines strategic planning and clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
- Establish and manage budgets, programs, and initiatives that support office growth and quality care.
Requirements:
- RN License in the state of Tennessee with a four-year college degree.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry, preferably with a focus on ambulatory care.
- Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow a team with a strong emphasis on quality patient care.
- Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable to expand our services.
- Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with healthcare providers and represent BAYADA Home Health Care.
