About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on a per diem basis in our Charlotte Visits office.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive home health care services to adult and geriatric clients throughout Mecklenburg and Union counties.
We are looking for someone who is available 2-3 days per week and willing to travel to homes throughout Mecklenburg and Union counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patients' needs
- Conduct home visits to assess client conditions and provide necessary interventions
- Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
