Job Responsibilities
As a healthcare provider, you will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care to patients in their homes.
You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- You will learn and expand your clinical skills caring for complex patients in their homes.
- You will perform 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical area, focusing on individualized care.
- You will conduct client assessments, provide education, and monitor patients' conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A current NJ nursing license in good standing.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Previous home healthcare experience is welcome, but not required.
