Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess clients' conditions and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medication, provide wound care, and perform treatments and procedures as assigned.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with doctors' orders and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
