We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work with clients in senior living communities, providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
Your responsibilities will include making outpatient visits to clients, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, attending patient care conferences, and referring clients to other disciplines as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have a current CO Physical Therapist license, graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
