Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide supportive therapy services to patients in their homes
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and goals
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification in the state of NJ
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
