BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Salisbury, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility, range of motion, strength, and balance assessments, to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client independence and safety.
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and well-being.
Requirements:
- CURRENT NEW HAMPSHIRE PHYSICAL THERAPIST LICENSE REQUIRED.
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST.
- GRADUATION FROM A PROGRAM APPROVED BY THE AMERICAN PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSOCIATION OR THE COMMITTEE ON ALLIED HEALTH EDUCATION AND ACCREDITATION OF THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY.
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
- SOLID COMPUTER SKILLS; PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS (EMR) PREFERRED.
