We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse.
Job Summary
- This is a full-time position that requires making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- You will be responsible for following a designated care plan, performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and services to clients in their homes.
- Follow established care plans and protocols to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
