About the Role
This full-time/part-time position will involve visiting clients in their homes, providing high-quality nursing care and support. As a Weekend Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting starts of care admissions on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience and a strong understanding of electronic medical records. Prior home care experience is highly preferred but not required.
