What You’ll Do:
As a CNA at BAYADA, you will follow a personalized plan of care developed by a registered nurse to help adults stay safe and independent in their homes. You’ll provide a range of services to support your clients' daily living needs, including:
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and nail care.
- Household Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal preparation.
- Companion Care: Providing companionship, assisting with mobility, and helping with range of motion exercises.
- Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.

Qualifications:
- Must have a current NC CNA license.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in any field (home health experience a plus).
- Passion for providing excellent, compassionate care.
Job Responsibilities:

- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Range of motion exercises and assistance with transfers/ambulation.
