Home-Based Rehabilitation Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Maui-based team! As a PT with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, developing personalized treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions to help them achieve their goals.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
- Continuously assess and revise the care plan as needed
- Educate and instruct clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
