Job Description
As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
You will perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, strength, and balance, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote wound repair and prevent further complications.
Additionally, you will develop and implement individualized care plans to meet client needs and goals, and continuously assess and revise care plans as necessary, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Solid computer skills and experience using electronic medical records.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
