Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Vermont Hospice office, located in Norwich, VT.
This role is responsible for providing palliative care to clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Windsor and Orange counties in VT and Grafton County NH.
About the Role:
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
- Monitoring clients' conditions; following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
- Ongoing communication with clients and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
