Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Wound Care professional in Bucks County.

About the Role:

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight.
• Travel to cases as assigned and deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Requirements:

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
