Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care professional to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans
- Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
- Administer medication, perform treatments, and provide comfort care as needed
Requirements
- At least one year of nursing experience required
- Prior home care experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
