BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN). This role offers the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing comprehensive wound care services and promoting independence and dignity.
About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced RN with a strong background in wound care and ostomy management.
- Responsibilities include conducting wound care consultations, providing oversight, and delivering 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of nursing experience and prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required. Ability to travel to cases as assigned is also essential.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $$114,000 - $143,400 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, vision, dental, and medical health plans, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, direct deposit, and employee assistance program.
