About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality home health care services to clients in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care to clients in their homes, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document all interactions and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
