Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (RN/LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN to join our Bedford County Skilled Nursing team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care with compassion, excellence, and reliability
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
