Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience, with a strong background in nursing. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required. You should also have solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, as well as the ability to travel to client locations as assigned.
As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one care to clients, including administering medications, providing wound care and treatments, and executing doctors' orders as needed. You will also be expected to accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
