Responsibilities
- Make home visits to provide one-on-one physical therapy care to clients in senior living communities.
- Assess and develop personalized care plans to improve client function and mobility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educate and train clients and caregivers on therapy techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Experience in outpatient settings is desired.
