Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the comfort of clients' own homes, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and emotional well-being, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Administer medication, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians, all while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of client care, facilitating effective communication and minimizing disruptions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art technology, promoting efficient communication and data-driven decision making
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, with a strong background in clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is desirable, but not necessary; a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively is vital
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, is essential
