Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Jamison, Pennsylvania
About the Role:
- This is a per-visit basis position that requires working independently with adult and geriatric clients in territories throughout Bucks County.
- You will be responsible for making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing care plans, educating clients and family members, and accurately documenting client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
- A current PA Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
