Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client goals and needs
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' functional status and living environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Educate clients and caregivers on safe home modifications and adaptive equipment use
Requirements
- Active license to practice as an occupational therapist in the state of PA
- Minimum one year of recent work experience in occupational therapy
- Prior home healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to travel to client locations as assigned
- Calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, and excellent written and verbal communication
