- Implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
- Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
