Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
- As a BAYADA RN, you will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- You will be responsible for administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the client's physician.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Perform client assessments as necessary and document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using our state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills are also essential.
