About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Personal Care Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients in the Canton area. You will work closely with our office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Document all client interactions and progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
