Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan to meet the unique needs of each client
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
