**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical wellbeing by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as outlined by a licensed Physical Therapist.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in achieving optimal physical wellbeing through treatment, testing, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions as needed.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, and other representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for healthy living.
- Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills, accurately recording observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management.
**Requirements:**
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
