About the Role
- This is a full-time opportunity to service seniors under their home health benefit, with a focus on providing personalized and comprehensive physical therapy services.
- As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Your responsibilities will include making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing evidence-based interventions, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
The ideal candidate will have a current Maryland Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
