- Work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver rehabilitation services to patients in their homes
- Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop treatment plans based on evaluation results and physician's orders
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey
- A certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association
- Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
