Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to work with clients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote their health and independence.
- Work with clients in their homes, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client progress
- Develop and implement appropriate interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
- Educate and instruct clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current Physical Therapist license in the state and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist. You should also have solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
