**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to geriatric patients in senior living communities. As a PTA with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as exercises and activities, to promote patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of one year work experience as a PTA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
