BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Float specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing one-on-one care and supporting them through their recovery journey.
Job Requirements
- Active license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA required.
- Previous home health experience essential.
- Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
- Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
This role allows you to work 10-12 shifts per month, visiting patients in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties. You will receive a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.
As a Regional Float Nurse, you will leverage your clinical skills caring for clinically complex patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing 5-6 visits per day throughout the region, focusing on one-on-one care with each patient.
- Delivering skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Conducting client assessments, providing education to patients and/or their families, and monitoring patients' conditions.
