Job Description
- Administer medication and provide wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders accurately and efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
