Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Cape May Courthouse, NJ office. As a PTA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. This role requires a strong passion for delivering quality 1:1 care while maintaining work-life balance.
">Responsibilities
">- Provide quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Requirements
">- A CURRENT LICENSE AS A REGISTERED NURSE IN NEW JERSEY IS REQUIRED.
- A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR OF RECENT, VERIFIABLE CLINICAL (MEDICAL/SURGICAL) EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
- PRIOR HOME CARE EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- GRADUATION FROM AN ACCREDITED AND APPROVED NURSING PROGRAM IS ESSENTIAL.
