- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and balance, developing and implementing individualized care plans accordingly.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning, educating clients, family members, or caregivers on patient care and management.
