Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and support. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Delaware County.
This position offers the opportunity to work independently, making home visits to clients and providing individualized care plans tailored to their needs. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective therapy programs, educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- We require a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a PT.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association is mandatory.
- A strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillset, along with solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR), is preferred.
