We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to help people have a safe and healthy life at home. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in various settings and develop your skills in geriatric rehabilitation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements
- Implementing integumentary protective interventions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Educating and instructing clients and family members
- Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
