Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full or Part Time Physiotherapist to join our Maui Visits team. As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply innovative techniques to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and functional status
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
* Continuously assess and revise care plans as needed
* Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
Requirements
* Current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
* Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
* Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
