Job Description:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Weekend Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
The selected individual will be responsible for making home visits, conducting diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes
- Assess and revise patient care plans as needed
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
Requirements:
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
