About the Role
A Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse position is available at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
• Follow designated care plans to meet patients' needs
• Conduct home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
• Monitor patients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and document doctors' orders accurately
• Perform client assessments and case management coordination as necessary
Requirements
A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ is required. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience is preferred. Prior home care experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
