Job Responsibilities
As a Home Health Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans for patients
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
