About the Role:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional medical care to geriatric clients living in assisted living and independent living communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
- Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
- Follow up on and execute doctors' orders
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Previous home health experience preferred but not required
